We are the New Amsterdam brand, owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, 600 Yosemite Boulevard, Modesto, California, 95354 ("New Amsterdam", "we", "our" or "us"). E. & J. Gallo Winery is the Data Controller. We created this Privacy Notice to inform you about how we collect, use and disclose your personally identifiable information (“personal data”) that we collect from you. This Privacy Notice does not apply, however, to our employees, employment applicants, suppliers, distributors or trade contacts except when they are acting in a “customer” capacity.
While our website, or other materials may include links or references to non-New Amsterdam websites, pages, materials or entities, this Privacy Notice does not apply to those sites, materials or entities unless otherwise indicated.
You should read this entire Privacy Notice before submitting information to us or using our website. Whenever you submit information via our website or otherwise to us, whether online or offline, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. INTENDED AUDIENCE OF WEBSITES
Given the nature of our business, our website is intended only for individuals who are of legal drinking age. As a result, our website does not request or knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you should not visit or use our website.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We may collect personal data from customers both online and offline. The personal data that we collect from the users includes:
